What a great week this has been. I do not think I have been this busy in years but it is exciting to be working for the Lord. I have been working on our “Long Range” Goals for New Bethel and I must say, this is going to be very exciting and promising. Begin Praying right now for your calling in God. What is your Spiritual Gift? What has God called you to do? Find out what it is and let’s go to work for our Lord Jesus Christ.
Ferrell and I want to thank everyone who came out and helped us with the yards at our Home in Bowman. It was a blessing to see all those men working and the yards are beginning to take shape. We have a few more things to do but the big things are now taken care of. Thanks to all who helped us this past Saturday. God Bless you all.
This is very important. We want to be sure all prayer requests/announcements are placed where they need to be. In order for us to do this, we are asking something of you. If you have a special Prayer request/announcement whether it is for family or friend, please use the pull off tab on the bulletin, flip it over and about two thirds way down, you will see a place to check for Prayer Request/announcements. Please check this and the lines below, please write in your announcement or prayer request. I can assure you it will get to the right hands and committee. This will assure your prayer request gets placed in the bulletin.
Story Time: A doctor, who was superintendent of the Sunday school, asked one of the boys this question: "William, what must we do in order to get to heaven?"
"We must die," said Willie.
"Very true," replied the doctor, "but what must we do before we die?"
